Dianabol is an anabolic steroid that includes the active ingredient metandienone. Originally developed in 1955, it was one of the first anabolic steroids to be actively used among athletes, and it is still the most commonly used among bodybuilders.
What Is It?
Dianabol elevates the natural testosterone levels in the body. Dianabol can be taken orally or through intramuscular injection. Typically a bodybuilder will use it for four to six-week cycles, taking in 30 to 50 mg per day. It has a fairly short lifespan, though, so it’s important to use it each day.
As you work out, you find additional power and stamina in the gym. As a result, it’s possible to train for longer than you might be able to without it, and that helps to increase the gains you may see when you lift. In addition to providing you with power and longer lifting sessions, it helps to increase the overall protein production and elevate the amount of nitrogen your muscles retain. That means faster repairs to the muscles and additional growth thanks to the added protein. Moreover, Dianabol can help to cut the body’s production of fat, which helps to move the fat already in the body into muscle. For most bodybuilders, that translates to very quick gains. Recovery times are also noted to be quite short with Dianabol.
